Communications Plan
Develop a detailed plan that includes all communications (audience, message, channel, creator, approver, sender, etc.) to be delivered throughout all phases of the project.
Training Plan
Document the training required (method, duration, timing, owner, etc.) to provide the stakeholders with the knowledge they need to perform their duties in the future state.
Deployment Plan
Provide detailed consulting and plans/instructions for executing all tasks required to deploy changes in the future state and validate that the change is “working as designed.”
Reinforcement Plan
Document a rewards and recognition plan or other reinforcement activities to ensure that the level of adoption meets the established success criteria.
Project Management
Provide scope, schedule, and budget management activities to ensure that the deliverables meet or exceed the agreed-upon expectations per the statement of work.
Change Implementation
Provide resources to execute agreed-upon tasks from the Change Management Plan per the statement of work.
Train the Trainer
Provide the required training to the key stakeholders for the change, who will then be responsible for training all remaining stakeholders who are impacted by the change.
